Are you able to consider the below monetization request from my client:

SBLC to be issued by DB Germany Investment Bank:
- Face Value =E2=82=AC85M
- SBLC cashbacked
- Owned
- MT760 via Brussels SWIFT
- Projet financing

If doable, kindly advice the expected  LTV, monetization timeframe,
procedure & verbiage.
