Greetings of the day Mr.Panji Irawan!

My name is Durgesh and my direct client is looking for a SBLC monetizer as
per below procedure
SBLC TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:

BENEFICIARY and PROVIDER will sign this DEED OF AGREEMENT (DOA), which will
allow the SBLC to be issued in favor of the BENEFICIARY. To the DOA,
BENEFICIARY, annexes the following documents:
- Client Information Sheet (CIS)
- Copy of the signer's passport
- Certificate of Incorporation (COI)
After the signing of this Agreement by PROVIDER and BENEFICIARY, within 3
(Tree) banking business days, the Beneficiary's bank will issue a RWA via
SWIFT MT999 confirming to receive the instrument and pay for it on
accordance with the conditions of contract. The Provider=E2=80=99s Bank wit=
hin
three (3) banking days after the confirmation and authentication RWA via
SWIFT MT999 from Beneficiary's bank, will issue RWA via SWIFT MT999
confirming readiness to delivery SBLC via MT760 to the Beneficiary's bank.
The copies of RWA SWIFT MT999 will send to the sides via email to present
at his banks.
Within 3 (Tree) banking business days, the Provider will issue and send to
the Beneficiary's bank a Pre-Advice via SWIFT MT799, confirming that the
instrument will be delivered in favor of the BENEFICIARY. The copy of
Pre-Advice SWIFT MT799 will send to the Beneficiary via email to present at
his bank.
The Beneficiary's Bank, within three (3) banking days after the
confirmation and authentication of SWIFT MT799 Pre-advice, must send to the
Provider via SWIFT MT799, a BANK PAYMENT UNDERTAKING (BPU) certifying that
the Beneficiary's Bank will accept the SWIFT MT760 and will comply with the
financial terms of this agreement.
Within five (5) banking days after receipt, confirmation and authentication
of the SWIFT MT799-BPU from Beneficiary=E2=80=99s bank, the Provider=E2=80=
=99s bank
delivers the SBLC via SWIFT MT760 to the beneficiary=E2=80=99s bank.
After the receipt of SWIFT MT760, the Beneficiary=E2=80=99s bank will verif=
y and
authenticate the SWIFT MT760, within a period of 2 to 3 banking days.
Within 5 (FIVE) business days after the receipt, verification and
successful authentication of the SWIFT MT760, the Beneficiary will remit
payments in the amount equal to ______ %+__% of the face value of SBLC via
SWIFT MT103 WIRE or Crypto to according the ANNEX 4 to the designated bank
or crypto accounts.
If the Beneficiary does not make the payments agreed in article 8 and
within the indicated period, the Applicant will instruct the issuing bank
to file a claim regarding the breach of this agreement, which will oblige
the Beneficiary's bankers to return the SBLC to the issuing Bank and cancel
MT760.
Within 7 (seven) days after received the full payment (______% of the face
value of SBLC), the issuing bank will deliver the hard copy of SBLC by
bonded courier to the receiving bank.
