Dear Mr. Effendi

We monetize SBLC   through  2 methods:

1.         Window Time Method

After the monetization agreement is signed, the sender (sblc applicant)  mu=
st move first by sending MT199 or MT799 within the time frame specified in =
the contract or called window time. Usually within 3 working days at time z=
one at the issuing bank

2.         Direct verification to issuing bank office (Walkin)

Based on an invitation letter from the issuing bank to the Beneficiary and =
Applicant. Once the monetization contract is signed, the monetizer will acc=
ompany both of them  to verify and help to pay bank commissions and other f=
ees.

As the contract officer of monetizer ONG SWIE TJI who acted as the SOLE AUT=
HORIZED MANDATE was Mr. RIZA KHUSUYASSIN RIDWAN who signed the monetization=
 contract and will give instructions to swift receiving bank DBS Bank Singa=
pore.

If you have a client who will monetize SBLC with a minimum value of USD 100=
,000,000.00 and the SBLC will be issued by prime rating banks, please fill =
in the attached form for us to prepare a draft monetization agreement.
