We have received your explanation notice, and this morning, I sent it to my=
 commercial banker for a reply.

Clause No 3.10, as expressed by the client, shows the unlearned procedures =
related to this clause. The MOS=E2=80=93Finance SG rules outline when and h=
ow parties can claim direct verification of any finance-based transaction. =
Both parties agreed on the failure of the banking system and issued a legal=
 notice to the banks involved in the transactions. In response, the banks w=
ill allow the operations teams from both sides to present the necessary fin=
ance documents for review. =20

No third party or even account holders are involved in this verification pr=
ocess. We question how HSBC will issue the invitation letter to the authori=
sed signatory in an entire banking system involving unknown parties.

Our HSBC banking knowledge indicated that on Monday, the 10th, in the after=
noon, the internal AML verification was completed, and they will submit it =
within 48 hours. This process applies to all types of banking instruments. =
Even if our HSBC rejects the application, we will inform you, or if DBS rej=
ects it, we will notify you of the next course of action.

Sir, the procedures mentioned in the DOA are clear, but your team, to my kn=
owledge, does not have any practical experience; they tend to think or writ=
e their own rules. We request that you understand the verification process =
for high-value transactions.
