I=E2=80=99m writing this email after I saw the screenshot of the E-mail to =
HSBC shared by my business partner, where no such rules were included in th=
e contract. Why did the Learned Business of the ONG team do this?

1.     The MT799 from HSBC Swift arrived at the DBS treasury department at =
midday on February 6th, 2025. The DBS treasury department will verify and a=
pprove it with the HSBC treasury department on Monday morning. Afterwards, =
it will be sent to the account manager's desk to inform the client. (On the=
 7th afternoon, the DBS treasury department requested approval for MT799 HS=
BC treasury. Monday working hours; this will be cleared automatically.)

2.     According to the contract window time, the swift arrived at DBS on F=
ebruary 6, 2025. If the ONG team understands this process, they may not att=
empt this email procedure.

3.     This HSBC email Screenshot proves the team has not learned procedure=
s from DBS. Please read on your bank's website about what will happen when =
a high-value SWIFT arrives before the BPU. If DBS or any bank receives high=
-value BLOCK FUNDS, they will inform the account holder only after confirma=
tion from both banks' treasury departments.

4.     Mr Kenneth Kim is the Managing Director of HSBC, and the bank will u=
se the Security Email Service from Voltage IBE. Please read or learn how we=
 can avoid unwanted thoughts about banker emails. For example, if any ordin=
ary person can email the HSBC Managing Director and receive replies, we cha=
llenge the bank's security leads.
