It has come to our attention that the intended recipient of the SBLC does
not have any relationship with DBS Bank in Singapore. We have received
confirmation of this from DBS Bank, and your previous communication
appeared to be a serious business threat. If you continue in this manner,
we will be forced to take legal action against you.

Please review the DOA contract to understand the Non-Performance Penalty
clauses. We have substantial evidence showing that the beneficiary of PT.
FUNARU BERKAH - ONG SWIE TJI does not have any DBS bank applications or
records. We are pursuing legal action with DBS - Singapore.

As per the contract rules, Mr Syaefullah, you are the receiving party's
mandate and do not have the right to send emails to us. If this continues,
we will proceed with our legal action without delay.
