Hi Erlannga

Can you provide the information for the turning gear on the unit?   I
know these were purchased items from GE Fitchburg, typically from Foote
Jones Illinois Gear Co but I will need the nameplate data from that
turning gear to attempt to purchase the parts.  GE named these gears TG
15,20,25  etc… but they used a few manufacturers to supply on the
units supplied after about 1987. Prior to that they made their own
turning gears in GE Lynn.

If you had a scanned copy of the IM for Train F that would be very
helpful to have if you can put in an online drive for us to download and
keep in our records. It’s helpful to be able to look up and confirm
part numbers etc…

Hi All

Thanks for the inquiry.  We have received your list and we are breaking
it down to send it to more than 20 of our specialty GE steam turbine
parts manufacturers.   We should be able to respond back to you with our
initial quote within 2-4 weeks.

JTI/STS has 37 years of experience with GE mechanical drive steam
turbines and worked for GE for over 20 years an engineer for GE at
Fitchburg and other locations on the design and install of trains F,G,H
with Pak Mahdi Pinto of GE and the rerates of Trains A-E over those
years.  We have an extensive GE experience list that we’d be happy to
supply to you if you like.  Our office is 4 hrs away from the GE Bangor
facility so if you would like to meet during an inspection of you repair
rotors there, we can arrange that.  During Sept and Oct we operate from
our remote office 2 hrs south of Boston Airport.  Also our CEO Earle
Wainstein is planning a trip to Indonesia to visit clients mid fall
season  and could come to site to discuss working together.

As a reference  JTI just received a $6.4M parts order 2 weeks ago from
the largest single GE mechanical drive turbine user in the world with 42
units at a single site.  It is our third order at the plant and they
have told our agent we are the preferred GE ST parts provider for the
plant. We can also supply a refence list as needed.

Most recently through another agent we supplied your plant with 3 rings
of packing and packing springs for a Train H steam turbine outage.

As a background, we are currently planning to reactivate one train
equipped with three General Electric steam turbines. These turbines
drive propane and MCR compressors.

The overhaul of the steam turbines is necessary to procure spare parts
specifically for these three machines, which are currently being
serviced by GE Vernova.

We are seeking a company that can provide long-term support and
budget-friendly solutions to meet these requirements.

Our turbine S/N and M.L. are listed in the attached document.

We are currently actively searching for the material with P/N as listed
in the attached document.

If you can trace these P/N, we would greatly appreciate it if you could
provide us with the best inquiry and estimate time delivery.

If you require assistance with drawing, we can share the drawing or the
manual book separately.
